War in MPL is more interesting and much more lucrative than just work. And not just that - war is essential to the game itself! It is driving the economy of the game because it is by far the biggest consumer of products in the game. So don't be shy to open wars, the game as a whole will benefit.
However, for the newbie warrior, it requires some capital to start. For beginners, the capital for war can be obtained from offers, work, or if you get lucky - by somebody helping you.

The gear you need :
- a full set of weapons , quality 2 (**). For defending you need defense weapons. For attacking you need attack weapons. Eventually you'll need both.
- At least 10-20 coffees.
- 1 set of clothes. For beginners,you can use 1 star, to reduce starting costs. If you plan to be very active, quality 2 clothes is the way to go eventually
- Join a local organization in your country (war org, not worker org), so you will get bonus dmg from organization.In theory you can join a war without being in an org, but you will not get the damage boost that the org offers. Without the boost, your costs of war will be higher than the incomes.

For beginner I suggest you just go to defense war. Why defense war? Because you do not probably own a transport vehicle to go to the region where the war's ongoing. With a rented one, it can happen that somebody else rents it and then you lose it and your're stuck to go on foot and lose energy to 1%.So, just use public transport for free.

While traveling,fill your energy up to 100%, because basic damage is based on your enegy. The higher your energy,the higher your dmg. Buy wine and beer, and the rest drink coffee from My Inventory every 5 minutes (cooldown drink coffee is 5 minutes).Use also beefsteaks.
When you arrive at the region, open the war page of your current region and click 'Defend!' Button with red colour. Congratulations!!! You've done your first hit. First of MANY... :) After the hit, in the list of fighters below your name will appear along with the damage.
When you shoot, you lose 5% energy so that energy must be regained with coffee-each 5 minutes you drink and shoot. When you get close to 20k damage(private medal), stop and check if the war fund has enough gold for the private medal.You can find the current amount of gold in the war fund, as well as the value of your medal at the bottom of the page. The value of the medal must be smaller than the amount of gold in the war fund. If there is not enough gold, wait until it has enough, and then shoot. It So it is absolutely critical to wait for it. If you shoot and cross the 20 k limit without enough money in the war fund, you will only get your medal to rank up, but you will not get gold so your costs will be bigger than the incomes.
Example :
Your Effective Damage is 5863, you hit 3x so total is 17589. so once hit again your total dmg will exceed 20000 (Dmg Req forPrivate Medal), so after 3x hit, you have to wait 6 Gold in warfund, if less than 6 gold and you do hitting, you will not receive gold. same as for all medals, corporal is 40000, gold in warfund there should be 10 gold, etc (see in list below war page). The number in the brackets() is the organization gold, but skip that part for now.
ONE IMPORTANT THING: Except for gold, the war fund holds also euros. You cannot get the gold for the medal before the euro converts to gold, and in order to convert it must have at least 1 euro, since you know that the game allows currency trading only in whole numbers. When does the game convert ? Each half an hour, exactly at .00 and .30 . At this conversion times there is usually competition for gold in wf, so be prepared to shoot your shot for the medal at exactly 2 sec after conversion. Example : 23.00.02 or 23.30.02. Also refresh the war page some 10 seconds before the hit because if you leave it too long unrefreshed, the counter in your browser will go unsynchronized with the real time on the server.
